How to use
To use, simply place it on a gas hob with a flame diffuser or an induction hob and cook for approximately 30–40 minutes. It is ideal for authentic and natural cooking. It is suitable for foods such as potatoes and, in general, for preparations with little water, as it is not glazed and therefore not suitable for cooking liquids. It is recommended not to cook different dishes in the same pot, as terracotta tends to absorb the smells and flavors of what was cooked previously.
Cleaning
Wash exclusively with water, without using soap or detergents, as terracotta absorbs odors and substances it comes into contact with.
